Terms & Policies
Last updated July 24, 2026. These terms apply to services booked through topshelfobx.com with Top Shelf OBX, LLC (dba Top Shelf Pressure Washing). By booking and paying a deposit, you agree to the policies below.
Photo / Media Release
We may take before-and-after photos or video of the work we perform on your property and use them to showcase our services — for example on our website, gallery, and social media. We do not publish your name, street address, or contact information alongside these images. If you'd prefer we not use photos of your property, just let us know before your appointment by emailing TopShelfOBX@gmail.com and we'll honor that request.
Property Access
By booking, you confirm you own the property or are authorized to approve service on it, and you grant us access to the exterior areas needed to complete the work. Please clear the work area beforehand — secure pets, move vehicles and fragile or valuable items, and close windows and doors. Where the job requires it, please ensure a working outdoor water spigot and/or power outlet is available. We take reasonable care with your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or poorly maintained surfaces, or items left in the work area. If we spot a condition that makes the job unsafe or likely to cause damage, we may pause and contact you before continuing.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Your deposit reserves your arrival window and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due after the job is completed, via a secure payment link we send you.
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your arrival window, your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the window are non-refundable, since the time was held for you and turned away from other customers.
Weather happens on the Outer Banks. If conditions make it unsafe or impractical to do quality work, we may reschedule your appointment at no penalty — your deposit carries over to the new time, and no additional deposit is required. We'll always reach out to arrange a new window that works for you.
