Your plan starts on your first service day. Pick the day and arrival window for it; your other visits open across the year after that.
Only the deposit is charged today. Your monthly payments start on your first service day.
Each visit opens in its own window, spread evenly across the year, so the work lands when it should. Book any date inside the window from your plan page.
We email you three weeks before each window opens, so plan members pick from an empty calendar before dates go to one-off bookings.
Cancel a visit more than 48 hours ahead and you keep it; rebook any time inside its window. Cancel the plan itself in one click from your plan page. Before your first visit, the usual 48-hour rule decides the deposit and no monthly payment is ever taken. After that, billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for; if you've already paid in full, the plan ends when you cancel and we settle up for the visits you haven't had.
