How the visits work
You choose the dates
Each visit opens in its own window, spread evenly across the year, so the work lands when it should. Book any date inside the window from your plan page.
You get asked first
We email you three weeks before each window opens, so plan members pick from an empty calendar before dates go to one-off bookings.
Change of plan?
Cancel a visit more than 48 hours ahead and you keep it; rebook any time inside its window. Cancel the plan itself in one click; billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
