Common questions
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure with biodegradable cleaning solutions, ideal for siding, roofs, and painted surfaces. Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and pavers. We match the method to the surface so nothing gets damaged.
Will it damage my siding or plants?
No. We soft wash anything delicate and pre-wet and rinse surrounding landscaping. Our solutions are biodegradable and applied at safe concentrations.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot, most jobs can be completed while you're away.
How long does a typical job take?
Most residential jobs take 2–5 hours depending on size and the services booked. We'll give you a time window when we confirm your quote.
